However, on the rare occasion we receive a customer complaint, we want to rectify the problem as quickly as possible. So, if you have a complaint, we’ve outline our official complaints procedure below.

Despite the very best efforts of our professional teams, things can go wrong and our customers may be left unsatisfied with the service we’ve provided. If this happens, we would ask that our customers follow our complaints procedure and contact us as soon as possible.
If you would like to make a complaint, please call us on 01945 479297 or send us an email to email@example.com. We would also ask that you take the time describing the problem in detail and, if possible, attaching a photo so that we can see the issue for ourselves before deploying the relevant member of staff to you in order to fix the problem.
We Provide a Company Guarantee
Here at Rundle and Dorey, we are proud to provide a quality guarantee for all of our customers, ensuring that any work we carry out will be completed to the very highest standard. If any fault develops in the work we’ve carried out or there is a problem with our workmanship within 10 years of installation, we will happily return to the customer and correct it completely and for free!
At Rundle and Dorey, full customer satisfaction is incredibly important to us and that’s why, once we’ve received a customer complaint, we will send a member of our team from the correct department, to rectify the problem as soon as possible.
